Bob likes to solve problems. He enjoys every moment of finding a perfect, actionable digital transformation strategy, devising operational models or finding opportunities to build and grow business ideas. He brings customer-centric mindfulness that enables him to quickly uncover a customer's pain point, leading to true competitive differentiation.  Bob is widely known for his expertise on supply chains, working capital, blockchain, and business sustainability management. Alongside his business developer role at ABN AMRO, Bob actively advises The Value Department and their clients - make businesses more productive, connected, and adaptive to new technologies - and help empower people.  While his speaking engagements have taken him around the world, Bob is proud to encourage others to collaborate and transform the world from his home in Amsterdam. He has a PhD degree in Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a MSc from University of Amsterdam, and is an alumnus from both the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Donna Seid

With over 40 years of expertise, Donna specializes in developing and executing environmental, health, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives for multinational corporations. Her roles span leadership, trade association representation, project management, and subject matter expertise, across diverse sectors such as oil and gas, utilities, telecommunications, and life sciences. Originally from California, Donna relocated to the Netherlands in 2012 to work for an American chemical company producing specialty chemicals used in various industries such as: personal care, automotive, construction, agribusiness, and packaging. Currently, she serves as a consultant, adjunct professor, and mentor to startups, aiding companies to craft sustainability strategies, comply with associated regulations, align with ESG goals and UN SDGs, and establish programs to support all stakeholders. This requires building teams and communicating cross-functionally, globally, and across all organizational hierarchies. Donna offers expertise to devise and execute corporate sustainability strategies, ESG goal measurement, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement.

A natural bridge between business and technology, he excels in finding solutions to complex problems and designing secure interfaces to connect systems and applications. Toon can organize and simplify architectures and datasets, accompanied by clear documentation. He has a proven track record in managing cross-regional teams and has played key roles in building startups such as VAKT Ltd and Komgo SA, from where Toon joined Komgo as CTO. As an independent consultant since 2020, Toon has assisted organizations like HQLAx with SOC2 certification and served as interim CTO for Vosbor Exchange BV, where he developed a platform for price discovery and trade execution. With strong business acumen and IT management skills, Toon brings invaluable expertise to facilitate seamless collaboration between business and IT functions.
