They develop reliable, secure solutions for biometric identity, onboarding and verification, and self-management and monitoring, ensuring practical and safe solutions for all users, including the most vulnerable.

The challenge involves aligning strategy with agile execution, ensuring future-proof technology scalability, and providing oversight through regular IT advisory board meetings and OKR sessions for shareholder progress tracking.

The challenge involves aligning strategy with agile execution, ensuring future-proof technology scalability, and providing oversight through regular IT advisory board meetings and OKR sessions for shareholder progress tracking.

We were engaged to assist BPI in shaping its future strategy, exploring various scenarios and gaining a deeper understanding of the company’s current position and opportunities by conducting interviews with BPI’s clients, employees, and industry experts to define its DNA and unique selling points.

The process also included a thorough market trend analysis followed by a workshop with BPI’s team to identify the most impactful strategies, integrating insights from industry experts, resulting in a final recommended strategy with three potential paths for the future.

Subsequently, after finalizing the strategy trajectory, we supported BPI in transitioning to execution by implementing an agile way of working across teams to enhance efficiency and workflow, ensuring the readiness of technology for future scalability.

Additionally, we maintain monthly oversight through IT advisory board meetings and quarterly OKR sessions to monitor progress with shareholder Karmijn.
